Job Description:
A company is looking for a Service Desk Technician 1 to provide
first-level technical support to colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to incoming support requests via phone, email, or support
portal
Troubleshoot and resolve basic hardware and software issues
Create and maintain accurate records of support requests and
solutions in a ticketing system
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree
in IT-related field preferred
At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or IT support
role
Experience with Office 365 administration and user account
management
Experience using ITSM platforms like Freshservice, ServiceNow, or
Zendesk
CompTIA A+ or similar entry-level IT certification preferred
