We are seeking an experienced, hardworking, and dedicated individual to help us maintain our high standards and continue our growth.

• - - - - - - - -Respond promptly to service requests and repairs, performing related tasks as needed.
• - - - - - - - -Prepare vacant units swiftly to ensure new residents experience a seamless and welcoming transition.
• - - - - - - - -Follow established preventative maintenance and required safety inspection programs for properties and equipment.
• - - - - - - - -Develop and maintain the technical skills required to provide exceptional service, minimizing the need for external vendors.
• - - - - - - - -Supervise outside contractors and support team objectives by undertaking additional tasks as directed by the Property Manager.
• - - - - - - - -Participate actively in the on-call rotation, ensuring continuous support for property needs.
