What you'll need to succeed as a Manager, HRIT at XPOMinimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience
  • 5 years of experience in Functional and Technical analysis and administration or payroll products, in addition to system conversions, software integration, configurations, etc.
  • Experience managing a team within a human capital management (HCM) system required. Proven experience with Time/Labor Management system implementations and management.
  • Strong analytical skills including problem-solving, attention to detail, and clear communication of complex results.
  • Ability to Identify opportunities to increase accuracy, optimize HR systems, and ability to implements solutions.
  • Perform complex analysis of data, processes, policies, procedures and/or systems. Preferred qualifications:
    • Master's degree in computer science, business, human resources, or related field
    • 5+ years' experience in HRIT analysis and providing leadership, expertise, and support on implementations and configuration enhancement projects as apart of HR Technology Systems.
    • Kronos and/or UKG Pro experience highly desired.
    • Experience in Time/Labor Management implementation and/or migration required.
    • Prior experience using Jira and ServiceNow highly desired.
    • Understands and is familiar with the most widely known and emerging tools, technologies, and social applications.
    • Recent and up to date global payroll knowledge and expertise and ability to impart knowledge in a pragmatic, clear, and succinct manner to non-experts

            • The Manager, HRIT acts as the technical configuration owner of Kronos Time and Labor functional modules and is responsible for the management and maintenance of systems capabilities.
            • This position plays a key role in establishing and leading the strategic vision and roadmap for the HR systems landscape.
            • As the technical point-of-contact for the functional team, the incumbent will serve as a subject matter expert to the HR stakeholders in the areas of configuration expertise, continuous improvement and drive the development and management of new system functionality to support various business requests.
            • Oversee highly technical, specialized, and complex projects in partnership with Business Stakeholders, IT Peers, and external vendors in HR technology implementations, projects, and enhancements.
