Position: Retrofit Technician Location: Troy, MI Shift: 1st Shift (6:00 AM - 2:30 PM)Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 (Based on Experience)Description:This position will be required to perform retrofits on vehicles. Responsibilities of the position include but are not limited to: --- Mechanical updating of all vehicle components: Electronic re-flashing of vehicles systems --- Tire and wheel changes/replacements --- Interior and exterior trim replacementsFluid changesHeavy engine and transmission repairs or replacements RequirementsMust be experienced in general automotive repair; Dealership experience a plusStrong problem-solving skills; ability to use resources to identify solutionsEffective communication skills in discussing issues/resolutions with clients and team membersAble to follow direction using established processes/protocolsMust have at least two (2) relevant state or ASE certifications; must maintain current statusMust have valid driver's license with acceptable record; must be able to operate manual transmission vehicles Other Information: Must provide own tools Requires moderate to high physical activity; lifting requirements to 40 lbs."Equal Employment Opportunity"#TalrooTampa
