Job Description:
A company is looking for an Enrollment Call Center Agent for the
Pre-Acceptance Student Stage.
Key Responsibilities
Convert prospective students into qualified applicants for online
programs
Handle high volumes of outbound calls and incoming inquiries
regarding admissions and programs
Promote the features and benefits of various academic programs and
assist with enrollment processes
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High school diploma required; customer service or sales experience
preferred
Bachelor's degree and previous contact center experience are a
plus
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Ability to work first/second shifts and rotating Saturdays
Commitment to high professional ethical standards in a diverse
workplace
