Job Description:

We are searching for a full-time pest control technician to help keep our customers' homes safe and comfortable. We are growing rapidly, which means lots of opportunities. Your job duties will include investigating homes for evidence of unwanted pests, determining the best way to eliminate them, and utilizing pest control methods to keep them from coming back.



We pay straight commission. We are a meritocracy, we eat what we kill. We pay sales commissions and bounties and bonuses and you name it. There are lots of opportunities for the right person.



A few things to consider before applying. We work long hours, and some weekends. We work outside in the heat and the cold. This position demands reliability. This is for folks who love to work and enjoy it!

Responsibilities:
--- Show up on time each day ready to accomplish assigned tasks. Meet daily production goals set by the company each month, including team and individual goals.
--- Provide excellent customer service by being attentive, kind, thorough, respectful, and flexible.
--- Maintain exceptional client records by keeping detailed notes of services performed with recommendations for follow-up services, reports and service agreements, and payment information.
--- Maintain your vehicle, equipment, electronics, and supplies. Keep an inventory of supplies on hand and resupply and maintain as needed.
--- Actively participate in all levels of training and development. Secure and maintain Pest Control Certifications Core, 7A, 7B, 7D, & 7F.
--- Conduct operations in agreement with training and operating procedures.

Qualifications:

--- Incredible customer service skills
--- Physically fit enough to lift 50 lbs and climb into confined spaces regularly
--- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
--- Not bothered by working outside in a variety of weather conditions
